Returns & Refunds

Print-on-demand item: Every INKHAUS tee is printed to order, just for you. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, or change of mind. Please review the size guide on each product page before purchasing.

What We Do Cover

We stand fully behind our print quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item entirely, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. No return shipment required.

Eligible situations:

  • Item arrived with a tear, rip, or hole
  • Print is blurry, cracked, missing, or severely misaligned (not a minor variation)
  • Wrong item received - wrong design or wrong product entirely
  • Garment has a manufacturing defect (stitching failure, collar detachment, etc.)

What We Cannot Cover

Because every item is printed specifically for you, the following are not eligible:

  • Wrong size ordered - size charts are on every product page; please measure before buying
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after order is placed
  • Colour variations between screen display and printed garment (monitors and printers render differently)
  • Damage from incorrect washing - follow the care label on the garment
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Report a Problem

If your item is damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of your delivery date:

  • Send to support@inkhaus.shop
  • Include your order number
  • Attach a clear photo of the defect or damage

We reply within 2 business days. Approved claims receive a free replacement or full refund - whichever you prefer.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 3 - 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit typically appears on your statement within 5 - 10 business days after we process it.

Sizing Advice

To avoid ordering the wrong size, every product page includes a detailed size chart with chest, length, and sleeve measurements. Our tees run slightly oversized - if you prefer a fitted look, size down one. When in doubt, contact us before you order and we'll help.
