Every order is printed fresh for you, so allow 2 - 5 business days for production plus 2 - 5 business days for US delivery. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Yes - we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7 - 20 business days depending on your country. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are collected at the time of delivery by your local customs authority.

Free shipping on all US orders over $50 - applied automatically at checkout. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99. International rates are calculated at checkout.

Orders go into production quickly. Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@inkhaus.shop and we will do our best to make changes. After that, production has usually started and changes cannot be made.

Because every item is printed to order specifically for you, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or are the wrong product. We do not accept returns for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

No - size exchanges are not possible for print-on-demand items. Each tee is printed fresh when you order. To avoid this, check the detailed size chart on every product page. If you are unsure between two sizes, contact us before ordering and we will help you choose.

Email support@inkhaus.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the item.

280 GSM ring-spun cotton - that is heavyweight. Designed to feel substantial, not flimsy. DTG (direct-to-garment) printing bonds the ink into the fabric fibres, not on top. The print stays vibrant wash after wash.

Machine wash cold, inside out on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the print. Following the care label keeps your print looking sharp for years.

Our tees have a slightly oversized, boxy fit. If you prefer a fitted look, size down one. The size chart on each product page has exact chest, length, and sleeve measurements - always check it before ordering since we cannot do size exchanges.
