Refund policy
Every INKHAUS item is printed to order, specifically for you, the moment your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, colour preference, or change of mind. Please review the size guide on each product page carefully before purchasing.
WHAT WE COVER
We stand fully behind our print quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item entirely, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. No return shipment required.
Eligible situations:
- Item arrived torn, ripped, or with holes
- Print is blurry, cracked, missing, or severely misaligned
- Wrong item received (wrong design or wrong product entirely)
- Manufacturing defect in the garment (stitching failure, collar detachment, etc.)
WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE
- Wrong size ordered — please check the size chart on every product page before purchasing
- Change of mind after order is placed
- Colour differences between screen display and printed garment (monitors and printers render differently)
- Damage caused by washing against the care label instructions
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
Email us within 14 days of your delivery date:

- Include your order number
- Attach a clear photo of the damage or defect
We respond within 2 business days. Approved claims receive a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
REFUND TIMELINE
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
