PRODUCTS

All INKHAUS products are printed to order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, change designs, or discontinue any product. Product images are representative — minor colour variations may occur due to monitor calibration and print process.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment is due at time of order. We accept major credit cards and PayPal via Shopify Payments.

ORDERS

By placing an order, you confirm all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND

All items are made to order. Once production starts (typically within 2 hours of order placement), we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications. Contact us immediately at support@inkhaus.shop if you need to change or cancel an order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for wrong size or change of mind. See our Refund Policy for full details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All INKHAUS designs, graphics, logos, and branding are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written consent.

PROHIBITED USE

- Using the site for any unlawful purpose
- Submitting false, fraudulent, or duplicate orders
- Attempting to circumvent security features
- Reproducing INKHAUS designs without written permission

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INKHAUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability to any customer is limited to the value of the specific order in question.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
