INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their country. These are collected at the time of delivery by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@inkhaus.shop and we will open a trace immediately.
